Using ripe strawberries and herbs grown at the TSUJIGUCHI FARM located on the Aqua Ignis premises, the company makes sweets using ingredients from Mie Prefecture. Selected to represent Japan in the "Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie 2025," a world competition of western-style confectionery, the company won the Asian continental qualifying round held in Singapore in October 2024 and the French finals in January 2025, becoming the world's number one.
Going forward, we will continue to actively incorporate the experience, knowledge, and techniques gained in the competition to create sweets that will delight everyone.
