Mariage de Farine, in its direct translation, means “marriage of powder” in French. By creating original flour by marrying domestic wheat and ripening and fermenting them, we bring out the flavor and depth not likely found anywhere else.
We strive to make bread fit for daily consumption by making bread with savory wheat flavor. We are selective in our ingredients, using only domestic wheat for nearly all our products. Our staff will continue to make products which will delight customers while promoting excellence in our service.
