What are the check-in and check-out times?
- A.Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
If you will be checking in later than the time specified in your reservation,
please let us know in advance.

Can I take a bath before check-in and after check-out?
- A.You can use the bath from 6:00 on the day of your stay before check-in, and until 15:00 after check-out.

What about early check-in and late check-out?
- A.For both early check-in and late check-out, we charge 10% of the accommodation fee per hour.
However, please note that this may not be possible depending on the occupancy situation.

What amenities are available in the rooms?
- A.Shampoo/conditioner/hairbrush/body soap/razor/cotton/cotton swabs/toothbrush/slippers/towels/loungewear/hair dryer/basic cosmetics/laundry bag/electric kettle/cups, etc.

Can I bring my pet with me?
- A.We are very sorry, but our facility does not have rooms where you can stay with pets or facilities to take care of them. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant building or hot spring building either (even if they are kept in a cage).

Can I send my luggage by courier first?
- A.Please send your luggage to the address below, clearly stating your accommodation date and reservation name (please include furigana). We will keep it at the accommodation until the day of your stay.

Can I have dinner in my room?
- A.We only offer this service at restaurants that have their own kitchens so that you can enjoy hot food hot and cold food cold.

Is the large public bath the same for overnight stays and day trips?
- A.You will use the same facilities.

Are the showers at the accommodation hot springs?
- A.The showers and tap water in both the accommodation building and the organic detached lodgings are not hot spring water.
Each room at the organic detached inn is equipped with a private open-air bath, which is filled directly from the hot spring source.

Is there a shuttle service from the station?
- A.We offer a free shuttle service from Kintetsu Yunoyama Onsen Station exclusively for our guests.
Reservations are required, so please apply by the day before if you wish to use the service.

Can I eat dinner without staying overnight?
- A.Available.
Depending on the store and business hours, we may only be able to accommodate customers with reservations, so please contact each store in advance.

Do point cards and coupons have expiration dates?
- A.The point card is valid for one year from the date of the last point award.
The expiration date for bathing passes and Le Fro passes is six months from the month following the month of purchase.

Is there an ATM on site?
- A.We are very sorry, but there are no bank ATMs on the premises.
There is a convenience store with an ATM located about a 10-minute walk from the facility.

Is there a place where I can charge my mobile phone or smartphone?
- A.There is no place where you can use it within the facility, but there is a smartphone charging battery rental available at the front desk of the hot spring building.

Do you have wheelchairs available for rental?
- A.We have one wheelchair available. Please note that we do not accept advance reservations.

Is there a smoking area?
- A.There are three smoking areas within the facility. Smoking is prohibited everywhere else.
All rooms in the accommodation building are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor terraces of each room in the Organic Annex.

Are there any banquet halls or meeting rooms?
- A.We do not have a banquet hall, but we can accept reservations for private use of each restaurant depending on the number of people and the contents of the event. Please contact us directly by phone for more details.
There are no meeting rooms available.

Can I eat in a private room?
- A.Private rooms are available only at Sala Bianchi Archecchiano. Reservations and an additional fee are required. Please contact the restaurant for more information.

What are the opening hours and amenities for day-use bathing?
- A.Business hours are from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. There is no final entry time, but we ask that you leave by 12:00 PM.
For day-use bathers, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available free of charge.
You may bring your own towels and amenities.
Towels are also available for sale: face towels for 200 yen and bath towels for 400 yen. Rental towels are available for 100 yen and 200 yen. Basic cosmetics are also available for purchase at the front desk for 250 yen.

I have tattoos. Can I still take a bath?
- A.This facility does not allow people with tattoos to enter the baths. (This includes tattoo stickers and paint.)

Can I charge an electric vehicle?
- A.Standard EV charging stations are installed in the Aquaignis parking lot and the Aquaignis villa "Yunoyama Sosuikyo" parking lot.

Can I sleep in the car?
- A.You can use the parking lot in a designated area. Please apply at the front desk of Kataoka Onsen on the day of your visit.
To use the service, you will be required to fill out an application form, present your driver's license, and present the license issued at the time of application during your stay. Check-in is until 11:00 PM. (Advance reservations are not accepted.)

Can I pay by credit card or electronic money?
- A.We accept credit cards from various companies (VISA, UC, JCB, AMEX, SAISON, MASTERCARD, Diners Club, UnionPay, AEON). (Payments can only be made in one lump sum.)
You can also use electronic money (WAON, iD, Rakuten Edy, QUICPay), transportation electronic money IC cards (Kitaca, Suica, TOICA, PASMO, Manaca, ICOCA, Nimoca, SUGOCA, Hayakaken), and QR code payments (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d Barai, Merpay, au PAY, AEON PAY), but you cannot deposit money (charge) into the card.
